".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem. "Mr. Rishel came at the appointed time and discussed the installation with the plumber as to where the inlet should go. Both were very professional. I was given the price which was much less than another estimate. The job was well done and completed satisfactorily. I would recommend him."

"I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

   Russ came and checked to see what the problem was and then he had to order a new damper.  When it came in he called and came an installed it right away.. I especially like that he kept everything cleaned up.  Some times I spend an hour cleaning up after a service person has been to my home.  But not this time!"

"NuLook has been Fantastic in my experience. I had a situation that needed attention. There was a leak in the bathroom and it was getting bigger. I tried couple of contractors and due to different reasons or no communication I could not get any contractor to even look or give me a quote. I then reached out to NuLook after reading their reviews on Angi. They were prompt in returning my calls and an onsite visit was scheduled. Patrick Dawson was onsite and on time! He walked through the property and spent quite some time walking me through the issues and things that needed to be taken care of. I received the quote 3 days after we met and Patrick did advise me that I would receive at that time, since he had other customer orders to work on. I appreciated his and NuLook process of ensuring they follow through. Once I received the quote from David Schwartz, the owner, we finalized a start date. I really liked how they worked. I was given a quote, charges were billed on Fridays and collected on Mondays, updates for the week were provided on those Friday calls. I was kept up to date with progress and also provided with before and after pictures. In the end, the work got done. Everything we discussed was implemented. There were no surprises, which is the best thing we need when undergoing repairs. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided by Patrick, David and NuLook services team. "The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.
