The responded to my plea so fast and came within a few hours. I needed two new remotes and a circuit board for my outside remote. They also oiled and aligned the door. If I need something done I will definitely use them again.

I had a couple damaged panels and I figured I would need to replace the panels at a minimum and replace the whole door at maximum. Our repair guy gave me several options and wound up repairing our original door without replacing anything. It saved us a ton of money. He also did a tune up on the door and got it working perfectly.
