Healthy Home Carpet Care

There had been spots from spilled coffee and soft drinks on the stairs, also a mystery gray smudge from "it wasn't me". All were removed. The carpets were meticulously cleaned and raked back to original pile condition. Not easy considering the carpet grade was not high to begin with. He showed up on time as scheduled and honored his price quote. Had him come out to my new home as well and there too he did fantastic work, removing long standing pug piddle stains that have NOT re-appeared.

Overall, our experience was positive.  Harvey came out and met us at our house shortly after we closed on a Friday evening.  He came in and provided us with an estimate and was ready to clean right away.  We only had 800 square feet of carpet, but he still happily accepted our coupon for a free room cleaning (with the purchase of two rooms) from Angie's List.  He didn't even count the small bonus room as our "free" room!  I will use Harvey and Healthy Home Carpet Cleaning again.

We called them a week in advance, no problem with scheduling.  We were so impressed with their workmanship.   We have 2 dogs and they were on their knees scrubbing the stains.  They did not rush through the process.  They started in the back of the house and worked their way to the living room and furniture to be cleaned.   We would definitely call them again.

AS always, he does a great job - very conscientious.

Harvey was the first of four vendors to get back to us with a quote. He gave an estimate over the phone based on information that we provided. He gave very good information on his company (a franchise) and what he can offer us. He was punctual and got right to his work. He was very personable, professional and gave us a lot of information in order for us to make a sound decision on what we wanted done to our carpet and upholstery. The carpet, rug and sectional were cleaned very well. There were two spots that had 'shadows' and he warned us that there had been damage done to them before hand. He made suggestions on how to handle that. He did work diligently to be able to remove those stains. Overall, we were pleased with his work.

He did a great job. Had several stains in the carpet and he was able to remove them.

THEY CLEANED THE HOUSE WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN. WHEN I RETURNED, I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE BILL MUCH HIGHER THAN WE HAD DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE. HE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FOR THE STAIRS. CARPET LOOKED BETTER, BUT NOT GREAT, AND IS STRETCHED IN PLACES NOW. MAYBE THAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED WITH OTHER CLEANERS, I DON'T KNOW.

WOULD USE AGAIN. DRY IN 1 HOUR. VERY IMPRESSED ABOUT SPOT/STAIN CLEANING. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
