"The rain pushed my first appointment out, but only a few days later so I didn't mind. I was supposed to get both an interior and exterior detailing for the $150 offer, but even after vacuuming before Mandi came, my car was still a bit too dirty for her to get to clean the exterior without a surcharge. Overall, the quality of the interior detailing was superior, and I love how my car still smells just as fresh and clean as it did when she first cleaned it a week ago. I don't mind that the exterior wasn't cleaned at all. Thanks for the hard work Mandi, it shows!"

"They were very professional and thorough. They laid down tarps from the front door to the fireplace to keep all the debris off the carpet. He did a great inspection and then cleaned the chimney thoroughly. Will hire again!"

"Eric did an excellent job -- and some of our windows on upper story are hard to reach --but Eric had the ladders to do the job correctly and make the windows sparkle. Also did a good job on the awnings - including removal of green algae/ moss on parts of the awnings. We plan to engage Hamilton County Services for our needs in the future.

"Windows look amazing and gutters were worse than I thought but free and clear now! They worked with my schedule, showed up a little early and got to work right away. They worked quickly and efficiently, I was definitely impressed with the whole process and the fact that they were able to get everything completed as fast as they did and yet looked as great as it did."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Clutter and disorganization can make even a clean house seem dirty. Decluttering unused items will make your home seem cleaner, and putting storage solutions into place will give a house a more organized look and feel. Other things that can make a house feel dirty include stained or faded carpets and upholstery, dirty or dingy walls, chipped paint, and disorganized shelves.

A vacuum with a hose attachment or a lint roller can easily remove dust from your window screen. Pressure washing window screens is another option, but you should make sure you have the appropriate nozzle and pressure setting to avoid doing extensive damage to your window.

Because the built-in blinds are encased in glass, they should not get dusty. You might, however, find that your door’s window panes get dirty. If that is the case and you wish to clean your patio door’s glass, first remove any loose debris with a small vacuum or brush. Next, fill a bucket with warm water and some mild dish soap. Dip a clean rag into the bucket and wet the glass on your patio door. Dry the glass with a clean microfiber cloth.

Solar screens are low-maintenance but benefit from occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing, as these can damage the mesh. Inspect screens annually for tears or loose frames to maintain performance. In dusty or coastal areas, more frequent cleaning may be necessary to prevent buildup.

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.
