"When the guy came out he said that he wouldn't do it because it went up three story and he could not do. They came out to look at it and I obviously purchased it and then they said oh no we can't do it, they said they couldn't do it because on some of the gutters are some gutter guards and they didn't want to mess with it, basically that's how I took it and I did get credit for the money I paid, that wasn't the issue but it was just frustrating because I thought wow this is great I got somebody and he seem very nice to talk to but it was real obvious he did not want to deal with it."

His price was better than the others, and he showed professionalism by promptly returning phone calls and emails and arriving at the house when scheduled. We initially thought he would have to do extensive replacement of the decking, but, when that turned out not to be necessary, he adjusted the price accordingly. I also made changes to the gutter work, which he made with a minimum of fuss.
   The crew arrived promptly on the day promised and worked hard to complete the project in three days. Cleanup was thorough, and the attention to details in the work (flasching, ice dam barriers, venting) was excellent. I would recommend and use Jordan Roofing again without hesitation.
