JD inspected our new home, which is nearly 40 years old. He took the owner through the home, including the attic and crawl space, reviewing what was expected with an older home and what could need addressed in a of couple years. He also covered potential steps that could be expected when addressing those areas in a straightforward and understandable way.

I’ve hired JD a few times and plan to again for my next home project. JD has put in a patio then most recently removed and replaced all the windows in my house. JD is quick to get a quote for the job back to me. JD keeps the communication open as far as always texting to let me know when he will be coming over to work and the status of materials coming in. JD’s work is great, he is detail oriented and doesn’t cut corners. Most importantly, he is dependable with showing up when he says he will.
