"They did all of our countertops in our kitchen with epoxy and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time at a good price. They turned out amazing and are very durable and easy to clean. We were looking for a specific design and they nailed it! Would highly recommend to anybody!"

"The young men arrived on time, worked professionally and efficiently. The entire process took 2-3 hours and they cleaned the area well. I was thrilled when I saw the finished product as the shower floor looks like new. I highly recommend CDH for all your resurfacing needs."

"I got three estimates from contractors on Angies list. Thomas interiors was not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but I got along well with Joel the owner and that is a big part of my decision making. Joel was on the job site everyday, he does not sub-contract out. He even went so far as to help my wife pick out colors after I got totally flustrated with the process. I would and will hire Thomas Interiors again, overall it was a good experience."

"Mike Boling of Epoxy Pro's returned (4 yrs later) and advised that a new and better product was available to him. He sandblasted the old coating and completely reapplied the new. He also did so (did I say 4 yrs later) for NO CHARGE. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. He obviously stands behind his work."

"I contacted Fritz (owner) and Lisa (office manager) when I closed on my home to schedule the job while the garage was empty prior to moving in. They were able to accommodate my strict schedule which was greatly appreciated. Lisa recommended I stop by the showroom, and I'm glad I did. The showroom includes many colors and flooring samples along with other goodies for the garage. I decided on the epoxy flooring product, and was able to customize the color of the chips that accent the overall look. The crew arrived on time, were personable and professional. The final result is stunning and enhances the garage greatly. Thank you Fritz, Lisa, and crew! I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend Innovative Garages."

"This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! Great jod gentlemen!

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Evenly wetting a wood floor before applying a stain is called water popping. It raises the grain and opens the wood’s pores to absorb more stain. When done properly, it can make the stain look darker and deeper. However, it’s important to evenly wet the floor and let it dry before applying the stain.

No. You cannot use asphalt products on concrete driveways. To seal a concrete driveway, use acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, silane, siloxane, and silicate sealers or deep penetration sealers made specifically for concrete. Meanwhile, asphalt sealers contain refined coal tar (asphalt emulsion), water, sand, clay, polymers, and additives and are incompatible with concrete’s surface texture and higher density.

You can paint concrete with paint rollers. In fact, using paint rollers is considered one of the easiest ways to evenly apply paint on concrete. A paint roller with a 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick nap—which is basically a fabric paint roller cover—is best for painting concrete. The thicker the nap, the more paint it can hold to fill those pesky concrete cracks and crevices.

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.

Commonly used in garages, epoxy is a synthetic resin coating that goes over the top of concrete surfaces. If you’re deciding between polished concrete and epoxy flooring, the best choice depends on your needs and personal preference. Epoxy is durable and highly customizable, while polished concrete tends to require less maintenance. They’re both long-lasting with similar price points, and professional installation is recommended for each.
