Floors and more did a wonderful job. They were punctual, professional, and took real pride in their work. We hope to have our other flooring replaced by them as well.

Keith and his crew with floors and more have done several of my hardwood
floors in my home.  As a very picky contractor myself, I chose to stay
away from this project.  My wife wanted a very hard pattern laid.  To me
I'd much rather pay a company that has the knowledge and the perfection
to do a project like this.  I realize when I'm out of my league as far
as a hard wood floor, specially a tough pattern as this was.
I reached out to Floors and More, and from day one, Keith was very perfessional.  As a contractor myself I knew exactly what I was looking for in a contractor.  I have to say that Keith had no Idea what he was in for prior to meeting with me. 
I was full of 101 questions, just to make sure that he was fully educated on his perfession.  He was under scrutny and had no idea from the minute he walked in my front door.  My wife told me not to be h****** him, but I know how I run my business and I didn't want anything less out of the contractor now coming into my home.
From the second he walked in he did everything absolutely perfect.
1 when i answered door, he let me know exactly who he was and what company he was with
2 as he entered my home, he immediately took off his shoes
3 as I drilled him with questions, (I knew the answers to the majority of them) he handled himself as a true perfessional.  He gave me very educated answers and the one he didn't know, he said exactly that but told me he would check with the manufacturer on this particular product and get back to me.  That is exactly what he did that night.
4 his crew was very clean, each night after they left, everything was picked up and clean.  My wife had no complaints, and my kids were not in any danger of the tools. This was very important to me.
5 keith informed me of when they would be here and exactly what process was going to take place.  There was a small delay because of distributor, however keith called immediately and informed me of what was going on.
6 when complete, project looked absolutely amazing.  I've been in construction 15 years, and never seen the detail that this company provided, other then my own company.
I would recommend this company 101 times over,  and I will use him and his crew with my future clients now that I've seen their capability on my own home.

Everything has always been great and nothing left to chance. They are always polite , clean , they do not smoke and leave smokers butts around , Keith even brought a slab of bbq ribs over one day for lunch and shared with us, very good ! Their final invoice was a bit less than initially quoted, because we supplied all material that he listed on our itemized list, and we did our own disposal , so they waived the disposal fees. Very pleased with him , Angelo and his crew he used -his mentor .

Keith brought his trailer full of specialty tools and pulled into my drive ontime.  His team laid the floor and Ditra XL  underlayment with virtually no waste.  He is very cogniziant of the condition of his workspace.  He cleans as he goes. He is also very personable.  We talked about many different topics.  He quoted the job, not the hours and stood by his quote.  He is a true professional.  He took great care with each tile that he laid to ensure they were level and free of error. 
He came to the house the week before to quote the job, again, on time.  He was never in a hurry.  He was very understanding of my dog.
Hiring Floors and More was the best financial decision I made during my kitchen remodel.  He understood the timeline that I was on and made me his top priority.  I understand that I am a small fish in the world of floor installs, but he treated us like we were the only job he had.  He worked long hours to help the overall flow of my project.
I plan to have him back to install the backsplash.

We are very happy with the flooring and the service.  They put plastic over the door openings and covered the cabinets to keep the dust at a minimum.  They were very punctual and did what they said they were going to do.

Keith was very responsive to my emails or phone calls.  In fact, he responded to my email even though he was on vacation.  He was very professional and thorough when responding to my questions and explaining what his services included for the installation.  He was true to his word as to when he would be available for the installation and as to how long the installation would take.  There was an unforeseen issue with the transition from the carpet to the flooring and Keith made sure that it was finished to my satisfaction.  I would highly recommend Floors and More for installation of flooring.

I am extreamly happy with this experiance, right from the start Keith the owner scheduled a time to come by and do the estimate, he was on time to the minute. They arrived everyday when they said they would and worked non-stop until finished for the day.
I am amazed at the attention to detail Keith gives to the work being done, he has a deadication unsurpassed to insuring the work is the best quality possible. 
  I had to leave the house a couple times and honestly i had absolutly no question on trust and integrity after talking to Keith for the first 15 Minutes its easy to see they are completely trust worthly.
  As a 30 Year military vet i dont give praise when praise isnt deserved, and i truly feel this business deserves my praise.
I am very happy with the choice on using this company and strongly recommend them for quality work.  We are planing on moving and plan to re-use them to do what ever is needed to the new house. 
  I have no doubt that the bathroom will turn out equaly as well, do to the professional attitude and determination that Keith has to quality and customer satisfaction. 
   Thier estimate was a little bit higher than the other 2, but not by much, but thier is truth to the old saying you get what you pay for and you get qualitiy with this company.
  
 

Keith Lucas, owner of Floors & More, did an outstanding job on both bathroom remodel & the kitchen work we contracted him for. He was prompt, professional, and answered any and all questions we had about the work he was doing for us. I cannot stress enough how well ALL of the work turned out. The transformation of my bathroom from old to new turned out better than any of my expectations. Keith recommended a couple things, such as a specific expoxy grout he uses on the tiles to ensure my new floor stays stain free and waterproof. The kitchen tile work is beautiful as well. I recommend Floors & More because their knowledge, service, and quality cannot be matched. Keith takes the time to do his work the right way, every time. I'm proud to say Floors & More is my #1 choice of contractor.

I would hire Keith again without question. He did an excellent job and for a small construction job he finished on time. I was very pleased with the work -room friendly. He repaired some wall damage, floor damage, and painted. He always cleaned up after himself each evening and always checked to see if I was pleased with things before finalizing the job.  I paid for materials as he purchased them and he would shop for discounts or sales. He passed those along to me the customer.  He brought me the receipts and we would go over them together, he would expect payment immediately for the materials, which I was happy to do.  At the end of the job he submitted a bill which was the exact amount agreed upon at the beginning. Very nice work! Thanks Keith I love my new bath! :)
