I only have 1 complaint...I have tried to contact the Pro to get a receipt of payment and havent heard back from him. (I texted him and left a voice mail) also, the deck has 1 board that is not nailed down and is starting to warp. (I notified him of this too.)"

My only criticism is that we requested a quote for painting the deck after they power washed it down to the bare wood. we have yet to get a response after 2 tries at messaging the provided phone number. They are probably busy working due to the great price for their services, but it only takes a minute to reply. Either supply the quote as promised, or tell me you don't have time to do it. I'm assuming I will be staining the deck myself at this point. A reply would have been greatly appreciated."
