So when I needed all the wood in my house (baseboards, window sills, chair rails, wood beams) re-stained, I immediately knew who to call. Skip got back to me within 24 hours and made a visit to my house to see exactly what I needed done. Skip is very knowledgeable and very professional, and I had no doubt that the job was in good hands. The crew showed up on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and after greeting my two dogs, they got right to work. The crew was friendly and easy to work with and have around. They are meticulous in their painting and not a drop of stain (which is very thin and runny) got on anything. The job was very tedious, but I never heard a complaint from any of them. The job took almost a week, and the only downside was that when the job was complete, the dogs were disappointed because their "new friends" wouldn't be coming back!!! "The work we scheduled with A&J was great. Nice job cleaning the house and an extremely good price. They also power washed the driveway the same day at my request, also at a great price. My only criticism is that we requested a quote for painting the deck after they power washed it down to the bare wood. we have yet to get a response after 2 tries at messaging the provided phone number. They are probably busy working due to the great price for their services, but it only takes a minute to reply. Either supply the quote as promised, or tell me you don't have time to do it. I'm assuming I will be staining the deck myself at this point. A reply would have been greatly appreciated."
