I only have 1 complaint...I have tried to contact the Pro to get a receipt of payment and havent heard back from him. (I texted him and left a voice mail) also, the deck has 1 board that is not nailed down and is starting to warp. (I notified him of this too.)"

They are probably busy working due to the great price for their services, but it only takes a minute to reply. Either supply the quote as promised, or tell me you don't have time to do it. I'm assuming I will be staining the deck myself at this point. A reply would have been greatly appreciated."
