"Craig did an amazing job. Didnâ t have to wait a long time for him to come and give an estimate and didnâ t charge a fee for an estimate. He came and did the job when he said he would. Very satisfied with our pool cover. Very nice man to do business with. Would highly recommend C&R Pool Covers, LLC."
"Had a complete redo of pool with tear out of plaster and tile. Great workmanship. Las Palmas kept the job site tidy and were respectful of our property."

"Bought a new home that has a Hot Springs tub. I've never owned an outdoor hot tub, so needed Joe to help clean and service the tub and teach me how to maintain the tub on my own. He was very responsive as we coordinated a day and time, and he was more than happy to share details about the tub and how to care for it. He gave me tips on what I should and should not be concerned with and then the step by step on chemicals and maintaining proper PH, etc. I never questioned his knowledge. He was thorough and very helpful and had a nice laid back approach.Apparently he spent many years working for Hot Springs and has been caring for customers for many many years as a service person. I'll continue to use and recommend Joe. "
"Yes.. They know what they are doing and easy to work with.. No BS. Reasonable prices and efficient. They drained and repainted the bottom of our indoor pool. Great job!"
"Our experience with Cicero Pools & Spas was excellent. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and hardworking throughout the renovation. It was a large, difficult project and they handled it perfectly. We would hire them again in an instant."

"Prompt and professional response to my request for quotation. It was an unusual job, since the pool cooler that I wanted installed is not common in this area. Brian showed up on the day he said he would, installed the cooler, and it worked beautifully overnight - pool temp dropped from 91 degrees to 81 degrees, with overnight low ambient temp of 71 degrees. Thank you Brian, and My Wife's Pool for excellent service. Now we can enjoy a refreshing swim on a hot day instead of looking at 95 degree water that is like getting into a hot tub. Terry"
"It was great, the pool technician was very helpful and kept us updated on what repairs were needed. He followed up after his visit to ensure we knew the next steps. 10/10 would have this technician again."
Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts
If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.
While concrete walls do not need to "breathe" in the traditional sense of the word, they do require waterproofing and dehumidifying methods, particularly in basements below the water table. Concrete both contains moisture from its initial installation and can absorb water when exposed. Ensuring proper basement ventilation , installing a vapor barrier, and controlling water exposure are all important tasks.
