Whole house siding replacement in October 2018 by Mustin Builders. I have had three professional siding companies come look at this for repairs and they all said the siding was not installed properly-missing crucial parts with install and not nailed in the studs. Even after 20 years I have seen siding remain on a house- not mine- literally falling off after 4 years. Unfortunate of a local company that they would put their name on this. It will continue to fall off and I will ultimately have to do a whole siding replacement. Mustin- you put your name on this?

I hired Mustin Builders to replace an aging outside deck and stairway, with a steep hillside location, on my lakeside property.  They did all the demolition of the old deck, porch, and stairs, and built a new 50 by 20 foot elevated deck, with covered patio below, and steps down to the lakeside.  The finished project is beautiful and just what I wanted. 

I got estimates from three deck building companies before starting the project.  All were fairly close in price.   I wanted an experienced contactor who could manage not only the deck carpentry, but also the electrical, painting and staining, concrete pouring, etc.  I liked the fact that Mustin does all kinds of building projects, not just decks. 

Jay Johnson was my main contact from Mustin and he and his crew were great to work with.  Jay was very careful about getting accurate pricing before we started the project and also with any changes I wanted during the process.  He spent a lot of time helping me determine the cost differences between composite materials and treated wood, and helping me with design choices.   The overall project took a little longer to complete than I thought it would, but that was mostly due to delays caused by the weather. 

We love our big new deck with the dry, covered patio underneath.  Jay and his crew also built a large storage closet, a bar, a fire pit, replaced our sliding glass doors, repaired and replaced some siding, added insulation, and rebuilt our small front porch.    Jay and his crew were a pleasure to work with, I will hire them again.

The process was excellent.  This is the 2nd home they've built for us.  The quality of their customer service and work are both excellent. We are planning on using them to build a screened in porch for us this Spring.
