I learned that some tree removal services do not own stump grinders so they will remove the stump at a later date whenever they line up several stumps to grind to warrant the rental costs. They ground the stump 14" deep and surface roots several feet around the tree to prevent regrowth. Stump grindings removed and new top soil delivered. Very satisfied."
