39 I couldn't go lower. This company installed my fence 3 years ago. At that time they severed my power line to my garage and did a shoddy fix that failed within a year. I just started having sewage problems and the plumbers discovered they hit my sewer line also. I guess they didn't...
He had materials stored in the garage and cleaned it better than I ever have! Says something about the quality of the rest of his work. Also, he works very hard the entire time.
