Overhead Door immediately set me up for an appointment within 48 hours of my call to replace my opener which included the total price of product, taxes and installation. Shannon, the technician, not only arrived early for the appointment (he called ahead), but was proficient and courteous. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing! He also reprogrammed both of our cars for the new garage door opener and serviced the garage door itself. He was in and out under 90 minutes. I am extremely pleased with Shannon and the Overhead Door company! They have performed services for me in the past and I will happily continue to do business with them in the future. I give them a strong positive recommendation.

Both the sales rep and installer were professional. The installation was fast. The system needed an adjustment within a year which was covered under warranty. We will stay with Overhead door.

It went horribly. First, we called to do some troubleshooting because our keypad wasn't working. The process they put us through reset the entire system so not even the remotes or wall button worked; we had to pay a technician to come out for that and were told it was because one of the troubleshooting steps they gave us was wrong. A couple weeks later, the motor wasn't moving again so they said they could either replace the entire system or the circuit board. We were told several times that if we just replaced the circuit board and that wasn't the issue, we would get a credit for the entire amount (labor + materials) toward replacing the system. A few weeks later, the motor wasn't moving again and they came out but reversed their story and wouldn't give us a credit for the materials from the previous "repair." So we've spent several hundred dollars with Overhead Door and have nothing to show for it. We are going to hire someone else that will provide better service and actually follow through on their promises.

"Thanks for the feedback, Member! I have discussed your situation with our Service Manager, Justin. He indicated that he has spoken with you several times to resolve your concerns. As I understand what he explained to me, we replaced 1 spring on a 2 spring door back on 9/26/11 when were called for service by your mother. On 12/11/15 we were called out by you to replace the other spring. There might have been some confusion as to whether we replaced the same spring on both visits. Justin told me that he clarified that they were indeed different springs that we replaced on each visit. Since we usually offer to replace both springs on a 2 spring door at the same time, and in this case we were asked to replace only 1 each time, we wanted to clear up any misunderstandings in your review if you felt that we were up-charging on the spring replacements. Therefore, Justin told me that you have been offered that we replace the 2011 spring for free, but that you have declined the offer at this time. We have updated the notes in our system to document our standing offer should you change your mind. We hope that you are satisfied with our service and our offer. I wasn't really satisfied with that. It still creaks and squeaks. When it's below 10 degrees, it doesn't move. He didn't fix the problem.

Our appointment was between 2 & 4. He called & said he would arrive at 2...he was here at 2 on the nose. Very nice, professional, and completed the job quickly. We were only charged for a service call! We are VERY pleased with all aspects of the repair and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Outstanding! Provider was emailed on a Sunday and responded with an appointment Monday. Technician was a pro. Door has never worked better and will be using them for other properties soon

IContacted Overhead Door and they sent a sales person to evaluate the job. John was very professional and explained everything to us. The installer was scheduled for Mon the 27th at 8:30-9 AM. He around 8 AM and was finished before 11 AM. He also was very professional and cleaned everything up. Would definitely use them again and also would recommend them.
