We normally would not use sub-contractors unless the job included a multitude of work where extra help may be needed in most cases no job is too big. Our rates are based on a competitive hourly rate for labor, materials are separate, in the cost of materials any trip charges to pick up supplies as well as required building permits will be added into the cost of materials. If our company and the prospective customer is in agreement on potientialy hiring Masoner and sons for their masonry or design needs a proposal is drawn up that is signed by the customer as well as our company that protects both our company and the the customer. There can be a fee for an estimate for large jobs and or a trip charge for out of a 25 mile radius. If our services are initiated the fee will be deducted off of the grand total. For small estimates there is no charge.(unless out of traveling radius). Award winning.
