When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable."
