Measure and installation within days. 5. No extra work, unless discussed with customer prior. 6. Leave work area clean and installation took about an hour for two windows. When I called Zach (pictures included) answered on the second ring. Was out the same day to measure, and by Saturday, Zach and Luke had two glass block basement windows installed. He passed on my contact info and within minutes Randy reached out to me, listened to my issue and had a plan of action in place. Even though it was getting to be the end of the day and he was still over an hour away coming back from a previous job, he headed straight over and arrived as expected with all the parts and tools needed. His work was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and he was very personable. He resolved the issue quickly, gave advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future and even went the extra mile to make the next guy that ever has to do plumbing work for us has an easier time with the various fittings and lines. Contractor kept demanding more money but never showed up with materials. Basically stole $8,000 from me and is now running.
