Description of Work: They divided a room adjacent to the kitchen with a wall and a sliding pocket door leaving a butler's pantry and an office that they replaced the floors in.They removed and replaced the kitchen floor and a French door that went from the kitchen to the back deck. This was around September of 2013. To be fair, some of the work was done well. The grouting of the kitchen floor was done poorly. It took us several months to get them back to repair the grout. A few weeks after that there were more areas of the grout that began crumbling and coming up. |One of his crew was very unprofessional and this individual boasted on how fast he could grout the kitchen. The grouting was the issue here. This individual also stopped at our house one evening because his child had some sort of practice that he dropped her off at. |We had another individual come and redo the grout. It has been done right this time. No more problems. | |I would never recommend BEN REINIER CONSTRUCTION.

 + 0 moreMr. Reinier was by far the best quote. Not only in price but in detail of each of the services that would be performed. He was willing to negotiate on individual line items for work that we decided to do ourselves (like moving the furniture). His team arrived on time every day and performed the work scheduled for that day. Since then we have run into tile grout that was not properly mixed and it is crumbling. After several months Mr Reinier came and fixed three spots. We are continuing to have large spots of grout crumbling and will likely have to have much of the grout replaced. We are not happy with this issue.
Description of Work: We had several quotes on replacing about 500 square feet of flooring int he kitchen, laundry and office. Also adding a wall and butlers pantry and door to the kitchen extension.
