We have been back and forth with this company. They remodeled two of our showers and left it with a leak and poor sealant installation. Had to get them completely redone after they did it the first time. Customer service is terrible! Not once out of the 3-4 times they have come back to our home have they been on time. They finally fixed the showers, but we had to schedule another appointment because the install crew didnâ t have a piece to the bathtub the day of install. Was told theyâ d come back another day at 1pm. I am currently writing this at 3:32pm and he has yet to arrive. I canâ t wait to be done with this company.

Vey slippery floor! This company does not have shower floors that are safe due to how slippery they become when wet! Not sure why they havenâ t improved that. We had ReBath remodel bathroom showers in our previous house and they had a non-slip coating on the floors. If the coating wore off, they came out to redo it. I would be surprised if Bath Experts have not had lawsuits regarding the floors in their showers. Very unsafe! For the high price, I think the company should improve the floor design!

We were very happy with the service that we received. The workers were very professional and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Brian and Cody were very professional and checked with us on everything that they were doing and made sure we were happy with the job they were doing. Our experience with Bath experts, from the time the salesperson showed up to the end of the project was very good.

They can in 6/12 and 6/13/2024 to install the new shower. He notice it was wrong size door.. They hung a shower curtain so I could use shower. I havenâ t use the shower waiting for door install, as of 6/20/24 has not be fined. Guess Iâ m going to call them.

The installers were very professional. The installation went smoothly, they made the removal of the old shower seamless. They were careful to remove all trash. The new shower looks great and appears to work well. Overall we are satisfied with the work done.

Bath Experts does excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The only caution is their sales approach. They will give you a price good for a year, but that price is ridiculous. They will also offer a 30 day price, which is less but still high. The if you sign now price is the lowest and is around the same price you can get from other installers. So, if you're ready to pull the trigger and do the project Bath Experts is a great company. If you're shopping for prices, they probably won't be the best deal.
