Best foundation drain installation pros near Salem, IN

"KCS did a great job installing an egress window in my basement. They communicated well from the day of the sale until completion of the project. All workers were respectful and efficient. When equipment issues caused a delay in finishing on Friday afternoon, a crew came on Saturday and completed the work. They seeded the area that was dug up by equipment and put straw over it, leaving everything neat and uncluttered. I recommend them highly!!"

"Dave did an excellent job and very dependable. I would highly recommend him."

"I had a totally stopped up kitchen drain. Greenwell unstopped the clog and redid the plumbing under the kitchen sink. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic."

"Coaty & Crew did an outstanding job on our outdoor space and I can't recommend them enough. We had them pour a patio and install a French drain, and the results exceeded our expectations. The crew was hardworking and got everything done efficiently without cutting corners on quality. What really stood out was the owner — friendly, responsive, and clearly knows their stuff. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable for the level of work involved. If you're looking for a contractor who combines quality craftsmanship with great customer service at a fair price, look no further than Coaty & Crew. We're extremely happy with the outcome!"

"Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"Chris King was extremely professional on the phone when I called him about two potential foundation issues within my home.  He took the time to explain different potential foundation issues and the methods that he uses to fix them.  When I told him I needed an appointment as soon as possible he took time to work my service call into his schedule, between other appointments.  He arrived on time and inspected my foundation problem areas and educated me about the types of indicators that evidence whether water is actually intruding into the home.  Fortunately, my probably was not grave but he did proceed with filling/sealing the crack.
The best thing about Chris and C.King Foundation & Construction was not only his professionalism , knowledge and timeliness but that he also guarantees his work.

"Vendor could provide foundation service, but not one of the other services we requested (simply not a service this vendor performs); we therefore chose a different path. Vendor provided a detailed and valuable foundation report that was essential towards our efforts, so we are very grateful for that. We will seriously consider this vendor for future work."
