I have been in the construction industry for 40 years. We do drywall repairs, whole houses, garages. We also do interior painting.

I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "We had just had a new roof seven years ago by a different company. This was a totally different experience. Randy was prompt with the inspection and quote. His team was here on the arranged date. They came early, stayed late, and finished in a day and a half. They were careful of our landscaping when removing the old roof and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was finished. Their roofing work is very professional - attending to details we didn’t think of. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutters."

"It went great. Eric was present when the insurance adjuster came to check it out and he worked with her to get us as much money as possible. Insurance only paid for the ceiling water stain removal and attic work, but not for roof replacement because roof problem was not from wind or hail, etc.
The work needed 3 contractors - Roof guys, mold remediator and Painter. We got quotes form 2 other companies, but decided to go with Eric due to several reasons - local business, he himself is the owner; the price, which was better than the other 2 companies; his ability to get the whole job done in 2.5 days during the snowy month of Jan-Feb. The roof guys worked in coordination with the Mold remediator and they finished that part in 1.5 days. The painter came another day and finished the interior work in that day. With the other companies, they were only able to do 1 or 2 of the things and we had to get the painter by ourselves.
The whole team did a great job. They cleaned up the yard completely.
We are still waiting on the paperwork - final receipts, the certificates for insurance purposes, though."

"went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"
