The reason I rated the Quality a "C" is because of the product. I had a generator fuel regulator issue, signaling to the transfer switch issue (needed a control board replacement) and Remote Monitor device issue. Kapital Electric repaired the issues (except the Monitor) but my confidence in this generator is weak. I guess time will tell. Glad I have the long Warranty.

I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. "They did fine. They could be better. When they came out, they didn't bring the Rock box so it caused another service fee and the guy that was here was supposed to take care of that. I think he called them to take it off but they didn't. So its still billing and its all screwed up. They went up more than they said they'd go up. They had to come out twice."
