We had the ice melt system installed on our roof. The system was not sealed correctly and we ended up with a major roof leak. Lenny was very hard to get ahold of when the issue arose, let alone come up with a plan to fix it. We had a professional roofing come out and fix the issue by taking his 'system' down and sealing it. Lenny agreed to refund the cost of the materials but would never return a phone call.

Alpine fixed/mitigated a problem associated with the LeafGuard gutter system combined with steep angles on my roof. Fortunately, we were able to test drive with the late Spring snows and the system worked perfectly. Good follow up, quality work, professional interface and the results are to my expectations or better.

Had the Alpine Ice Solutions Heat Panel installed on our Winter Park, CO home roof. Very pleased with the installation, follow up modifications and the performance of the system. I think the system is much more effective than traditional zig zag heat heat cable and eliminated all ice dam problems we had experienced prior the system installation.

Seamless gutter install was completed in a timely manner. I had one minor issue with the end product and they immediately corrected it. I definitely would recommend this company.

I researched many different solutions. Many are much more costly and over engineered and require more power for the same outcome. Len is a pro. very responsive and offers one of the very few "turnkey" solutions to ice dams for a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and made sure the installation went exactly as planned. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed.

Seems like a good solution for my ice damming problem. Lenny was very responsive, showed up as scheduled and the system seems to be working as advertised.
