"My solar panel system had numerous hardware issues. Ryan performed excellent technical diagnosis of all of the problems. He ordered all necessary components and diligently pursued all of the repairs. Even though my system presented a number of challenges, Ryan completed all of the repairs with outstanding professionalism and excellent results. Ryan is definitely a Solar Pro."

"My thermostat panel burned out. I was under warranty, fortunately. The panel was no longer being made so they replaced it with an upgraded thermostat panel at no cost. All I paid for was Labor. I have been using FourSeasons for many years and although they are a bit pricey, they are very professional and always get the job done. They also replaced the Circuit board on my furnace at no cost."

"The estimator was a really friendly guy and had a lot of information about the business that Kapital is in. Fortunately, although I had lots of questions, he was not pushy on services or needlessly verbose about them which I appreciate. He seemed to get what I was asking at every step.

We asked for an estimate for EVSE. We have a parking slab off the alley (so no garage w/ electric). We talked about lots of options for that. They seemed very comfortable with our situation which isn't entirely straight forward and I really appreciated that as I was afraid that many of the installers who do this work would want to walk away from any significant work.

We received an estimate for hooking into our panel and trenching a line through the back yard to the parking slab. We discussed using an existing basketball hoop mount as the mount point which the estimator was happy to consider (the stands for chargers are insanely expensive). We talked about solar on homes and parking canopies with solar as well.

Overall we are not ready to take the dive with this yet but I've come away with a decent understanding of the service, cost, and more. Kapital will be first on our list when it's time to move.

Thanks guys!

"The service I used for several years prior would not come out even tho I had mentioned my elderly mother just came home from surgery.  I checked Angie's list; found Integrity and called them.  Integrity said they could come out on a Saturday and gave me a two hour window.  The service agent, Dan, came out on the early end of the window.   Dan also mentioned that he would be the person calling me back with the cost and availability of the part.
Dan had called me first thing Monday morning as well as the office to set up the time; they had the part; they had the price. Considering that it was a control panel I had expected the cost to be higher.  Dan came out promptly; installed the part and the heat was back on!  I like the fact that the same service agent that came out also called with information and came out again to install.  Dan was very professional; prompt; informative and very polite.  Both Dan and the office were on top of things.  My mother was home since I could not be there and she was impressed as well.  I will be calling again when my furnace and air conditioner needs servicing.  Thank you!
