"I received a response the same day as my contact with Home Advisor, and an appointment the following day for a quote. The morning of the appointment , just prior to the arrival time I received a call from the company notifying me that the scheduled technician was involved in an accident , but asked me if I could wait an hour or so until another technician could be rerouted. I agreed and a technician arrived a short time later. The technician took time to understand the projects I wanted done. After receiving an acceptable quote, he was able to begin the project right away. Not having any idea what he was going to be doing prior to arriving he had to call the company to have parts sent out, and make a short trip to the supply house. My original appointment was for 9:00 am,. by 6:00 pm that evening I had a new circuit, light fixture and switch installed, and they had a whole new panel installed to replace my failing 200 amp panel. The mess was cleaned up and everything checked out to my satisfaction. Two additional technicians arrived throughout the day to help complete the projects with no additional expense. I was pleased just to get such a quick response to my quote request, you can"t imagine how pleased I was to have the four different projects completed in one day after contacting the company. Tyler, Mike, anf Justin, the technicans all were very friendly, clean and neat, and very consideret of my home and work area. theproject turned out great."

He came to my home, inspected what needed done, was very knowledgeable on the best way to reroute the dryer vent and then gave me an estimate - very fairly priced. Then was able to put me on his schedule quickly. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! "
