They came out the next day and could have easily charged me a fortune to replace non functioning parts. Instead, they took the time to troubleshoot the issue, quickly and at minimal cost. Haven't had a problem since and it's hard to find honest people who try to do right by their customers. Would definitely recommend and hire again

This is my central vac repair company for as long as I live here. If I need a new unit, this is who I'll call. Technician was sweet enough to take off his shoes before coming into the house. I told him it wasn't necessary, there's been no vacuuming since the central vac went down. Technician took the time to show me how to clean the filter I didn't know existed in the unit out in the garage.
