Hi, We have been in business since 1993. I am accredited through the BBB, Licensed / Insured. Usually ask for 1/2 down to start and the balance upon completion, unless we're building a house for you or a large remodeling job, then there would be drawls. Most of our clients are repeat clients and also refer us to others.

"I can honestly see why their reviews are so low. They do a poor job of communication. They would not do some warranty work over $43. I simply asked them to prove it over and over with invoices and insurance claims. They never did and were always confrontational. I have no problem paying it if they would simply prove it. I already paid thousands so why would I not pay the $43. That does not justify passing on the warranty work for a customer. Stay away from this company I wish one star was not allowed. They simply do not deserve such a high rating"

Chimney Caps questions, answered by experts

You cannot replace granules that have been lost off shingles. The granule embedding process is part of shingle manufacturing, and once the bond holding the granules to the shingles has been lost, the granules are gone for good. Shingles with granule loss must be fully replaced to continue offering adequate protection.

You should plan on replacing architectural shingles every 20 to 25 years in most cases, although you could see up to around 30 years of useful life. Replacing your roof before it reaches the end of its life is a good idea because it reduces the risk of roof failure and roof leaks, which can contribute to extensive property damage and hefty repair costs. Your shingles’ life span can be shorter if you live in an area that sees a lot of extreme weather, so plan on getting a roof inspection done every few years to identify the best timeline for replacement.

Roofers can install roof vents. Updating, upgrading, or simply replacing your roof's existing vents is common when installing a new roof. If you're looking to upgrade your ventilation system with a powered version, a local HVAC professional can also help with the task. If adding roof vents to your home is necessary while installing an addition or during other renovation work, your contractor will handle or hire out the venting work.

An insulated garage benefits from roof vents to ensure proper ventilation and prevent moisture buildup. Insulation can trap moisture in the garage, especially during temperature fluctuations, and roof vents play a crucial role in expelling the moisture in the air. Including roof vents promotes air circulation, preventing condensation and enhancing overall air quality.

Look for certified local roofing contractors with plenty of experience working with cedar. There are also several important roofing questions to ask before choosing a roofer, including whether they are licensed, bonded, and insured. Once you’ve rounded up a few good candidates, compare estimates and hire whoever gives you the best bang for your buck.
