Hired Certapro painters to paint my brick chimney and they did not use the paint products as outlined in the contract, got paint all over the roof and they took a pressure washer to the roof and put holes in it causing the roof to be replaced. That cost me 12,000 out of pocket because there insurance would only cover the area that was damaged, I don't think mismatched shingles on my roof, it would look like crap. and still got a bill for 1,200 for the paint job.
