Mr. Habegger did an excellent job of repairing one shade in our home by restringing it and making sure it rolled up and down perfectly. He had to replace the strings with the proper type for our shade and this repair would be complicated for the average homeowner since the shade has two functions to roll from the top down and from the bottom up. The second shade was missing end caps and also had many broken parts that needed to be replaced, so he took this shade to his workplace to order the correct parts and he also restrung this one. The installation service was done quickly and efficiently and it was much appreciated by the homeowners. The cost was very reasonable for such excellent service. If we decide to ever order new window treatments for any room, we would definitely order them from this business, Hawk's Ridge Interior Accents, Inc.

He was able to restring the door shade while here. He had to take the two large window shades with him and order the replacement tape . Then he restrung the shades and brought them back and hung them. He added some new parts that were missing. The work was excellent and the cost very reasonable.

We would highly recommend Mr. Habegger to anyone wanting any type of window shades or repairs.

They came out and looked at my problems. They were able
to fix one shade on the spot and then ordered the parts I needed
for the others.
When parts came in they quickly fixed remaining issues.
They were unbelievably pleasant ,and were eager to save
me money where possible.

I spent $10000 for that work. There was nothing that I disliked and I was impressed with the quality of their work and them. The company is owned by a husband and wife and I was very happy with them. They were referred to me. I would recommend them very easily to anyone because they were wonderful.

We had a large, oversized honeycomb shade, which was going up very crookedly when raising the shade. They set an appt to get the shade to send it to the company. They were very professional and arrived at the designated time. It took lots of effort to get the shade down, send it back to the company and then reinstall it. Mr. Habegger found a small opening on one of the edges on the back side of the shade and notified Hunter Douglas Co. The company replaced the entire shade at no cost. Hawk Ridge’s price was very reasonable for all their time and effort. We were very satisfied with their work and services.
