MSW Construction

Merv worked on a very tight/accelerated timeline and helped me out of a hard spot. He stayed in touch during the process and I would absolutely call him again in the future for similar projects.

I contacted MSW to handle roof related findings from the home inspector. Merv was great about getting back to me on quotes and timing both of which were extremely reasonable. Additionally he was proactive in his communication and even reached out about working the job earlier if it worked for me, which it did! End result looks great and he left no trace when they completed. Great customer service and craftsmanship is what you get with MSW Construction!

Merv replaced an existing fence. Excellent communication throughout the entire project. Did exactly what he said he was going to do, did it quickly and left no trace when done. Quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Will hire back for future projects.

I contracted MSW to install 155 ft of wood picket fence. Merv was very good about calling me back to schedule the work. The quality of the finished fence just really impressed me. I could not have done as good of a job, and I have installed many fences for myself. MSW gave me a fair price and did an excellent job. I hope to hire MSW again for some bigger projects. I would not hesitate to hire Merv (MSW) again. I am more than 100% satisfied.

I had a contractor lined up but his company kept missing appointments so I looked online and found Mervinâ  s company. He showed up at specified time and put thought into how the project(deck extension/door installation would work. It ended up being exactly what we needed. I have referred him and have also hired him for additional projects around our home and it has worked out quite well. Excellent find!

Merv was very thorough, courteous, and exacting. He left the jobsite clean and did exactly what was necessary to correct the problems. He also was very helpful in his description of the problem and how best to resolve it. I'm sure that I will use him again in the future for any other projects.

Merv and his team did excellent work on my roof. I hired them again for a smaller project and will continue to work with him on my housing project needs. He explains it to you in a way you can understand and fixed it right the first time.

Merv was quick to call back and to provide an estimate within a few days. The work was done well, so much so that we could not tell the repaired area from the rest of the side of the house. We would recommend MSW construction for any other repairs of aluminum siding. His prices were fair, we felt.

They came, they worked quickly and well. and cleaned up. I thought that the same billing rate for both the worker and the helper was odd as only one person did the work and the other facilitated (helped)

I feel Mervin was fairly priced and completed both projects to my satisfaction. When I need additional work completed he will be my choice again.

Mervin is extremely trustworthy and has great communication. Follow through was great. We even had him do some siding work when the roof repairs were finished. I would hire him for other jobs involving roofing, etc.

I felt I was in honest hands but follow through on initial things talked about was not quite what I expected. The cleanup was fair-poor. Some of the corners of the new material was not matched up to old so a bit of reshaping has had to be done for appearances. There were areas replaced that we had not talked about replacing. Now to the good! Mervin created a beautiful roof/overhang over my kitchen window that I LOVE! He seemed in control of the other workmen and professional behavior albeit a few less cigarette butts in my yard would have been OK. When I called back a few days later because an outdoor sliding door would not slide due to the repairs, Mervin was out that evening at my door making it right. Overall, I felt I was in honest hands and would trust him with more work in the future. Probably putting more in writing would eliminate some of the above.

I want to compliment Mervin Witmer on the level of workmanship and attention to detail when correcting the faults with our roof. Also, his response time and scheduling was beyond compare and it was a pleasure to have him.
