There were some issues with the installation, bad weather, miscommunication and time consuming. it took 5 days to complete the job, that is not including the original installation date which had to be pushed back due to miscommunication. It seems as though installation would have been faster if there was a team of people instead of just one person. But the installer was great. Very friendly and also concerned with our home, not to get dirt all over our carpets. Everyone we worked with were great! I would definitely recommend these windows."

"They got the job done quickly, but I noticed from the very beginning that they weren't covering around the sides of the house like I was told repeatedly they would. The only place they tarped was under their ladder and the dumpster and they weren't hitting it very well. I made a call and they sent someone down to clean up after them and run a magnet. After they finished I went outside to have a look around. They left the ridge-vent off of my garage in the back. I said something to the cleanup guy. He said " I don't know anything about roofs them. Maybe they ran out of materials". I put 2 more calls in before someone called me back saying they would be back next week to put in the ridge vent. Let's hope it gets done!"
