As of right now Interior Solutions would be considered a small contractor eagerly wanting to grow! As of right now we only have 2 employees, who would be myself, Tyler Seniff and my father. Between the two of us we have over 50 years of various carpentry experience, and are eager to satisfy customers. We will be more than willing to look at any project big or small and give a free estimate. Upon bid acceptance we would ask for half of the bid to purcase materials and than the remainding amount upon completion of the project. 100% customer satisfaction is of the upmost inportance to us. To be as efficient as possible we are only taking on 1 project at a time. By doing this we are able to direct all of our attenti to each customer. We have excellent scheduling skills and will provide each possible customer with an accurate start and stop date. Please do not hesitate to e-mail or call me at any time of the day. Thank you.

We specialize in severely comprised foundation issues. We can elevate, level, pier or replace a wall or your entire foundation. We do not do mudjacking, waterproofing or minor crack repair.

Indications include cracks in walls, uneven floors, and sticking doors or windows that suggest foundation movements.

The best way to determine if ceiling cracks are structural is to hire a ceiling contractor to inspect the cracks and provide a professional opinion. That said, you might be able to make an educated guess based on the size and appearance of the crack. Larger cracks, cracks accompanied by sagging or discoloration, and cracks that travel from the ceiling down the walls are all signs of structural issues.

First, most contractors will have a structural engineer create a report and plan for your project to ensure it’s safe to cut into the load-bearing wall. The contractor will then excavate around the wall, if necessary, measure the opening—allowing for additional space to fit and level the door, and then cut the doorway out. They will likely install a steel lintel as a header over the door for support. Once the doorway is cut out, they’ll demolish the concrete using sledge hammers and masonry chisels, clean up the surrounding concrete, and seal around the door with masonry mortar. 

Although the two terms are closely related and often used interchangeably, pier and beam foundations and crawl spaces are different things. A pier and beam foundation is made up of concrete piers and wooden beams and creates a space under the home known as a crawl space. There are several types of foundations that create crawl spaces, often collectively known as “crawl space foundations,” but the crawl space itself is separate from the foundation.
