I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen.

Jason Quick came out finally, took pictures and said he would get back with us. I took off work because he originally said he would repair it on that day. Never called back, I called at least ten times and the receptionist kept saying “I’ll tell him you called”. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them. They do not back their word or warranty. Called A&M and they came out right away to repair and came back on Christmas Eve to check it out & do clean up on the wall. Highly recommend them!!! Told us to call if we have any problems and they will come back.

The work was scheduled and completed. With the very next rain, the basement was worse than it had ever been. Called and Jason Quick came out to take a look. Said they would get a crew out as soon as possible. Called 3D numerous times and no response. Would not return calls.

The guys came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged me what the said they would charge me. It may sound stupid to state my review this way, but this type of service, unfortunately, isn't very common. The men who came to the house were very professional and I am very pleased with the result.

First of all, the crew that came out was fantastic. Just a really nice bunch of guys who worked hard. We knew the retaining wall needed repair also, but we had considered doing it ourselves until it collapsed in the middle of the job. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had repaired it correctly. As you can see in the pictures, the retaining wall is lower than the ground level above it. When I realized this and complained, Jason Q. called me and told me that for an additional fee, they would make the wall higher. I was not pleased. After giving that conversation some thought, I emailed him this: "Hello again, After thinking about the conversation we just had, I just want to be clear. You said the wall was originally too low which is why it failed. So you made it higher even though it's STILL below ground level. So rather than discussing this height issue with me beforehand, you will only fix it if we pay more. You told me three times that it's higher than it was but that really shouldn't matter. It shouldn't need to be fixed, I thought we were already paying to have it fixed correctly. I'm sorry but that doesn't satisfy me and I hope you understand why." And here is his reply (which is not at all what he told me on the phone): "No the wall didn’t fail because it was to low it failed because it was not tied into the corner like it is now. When properly building walls you need to be able to tie the corners together or you will have the same problem with the wall wanting to lean, our guys built the new retaining wall as high as the garage wall so everything can be as one and which is 12” higher than the original wall. To add additional block to the top which can be done just for cosmetics is not an issue. Without having the anywhere to tie this additional row into it would not be structural. And before you hung up on me I was willing to get this taken care of for your mom." I still can't believe he sent that to me. Verbatim, copied and pasted. To be clear, I was angry (as I had a right to be) and very short with him on the phone, but I did say thank you and goodbye. All that I wanted was another row of cinder block so that we could fill in the ground at the top of the wall. Wow. Just wow.

Attention to detail and quality of finish was equal to my expectations which were high. I had wanted them to create a seamless transition between the sidewalk and wheel chair ramp which they did resulting in a "no bump" effect. Hard working crew who were personable and easy to communicate with.

It went well. I recieved an estimate and a good clear explanation of what was causing my 100 year old basement walls to crumble. On the appointment day, Three workers arrived on time and did the job in a few hours. They even patched another small spot that was not in the quote. They cleaned up and hauled out all the debris except for a few scattered chunks they missed.

Job site access was poor, and the scheduled concrete pump did not arrive - the 3D people worked around the problem and completed the job.  Good clean-up, much appreciated.

Very thorough. Filled the gap from both the inside and outside. Had to dig a hole on the outside to accomplish it. Technician was very professional and and polite. He made quick work of the project after showing up right on time. Fair price.

Company provided estimate within a few days of contacting them. Provided explanation of what would be done and the cost. No issues with paying the 50% of the estimate deposit. Work was schedule within a reasonable amount of time from the day of the estimate. Arrived on time. Work professionally done. Work crew was friendly. Sidewalk remains exactly in place from the mudjacking.

After completing the online form to request an estimate, I got a call from them the following morning. The responsiveness of 3D Structural was incredible! The estimate was completed without any over selling, however, they were honest with the importance of having the necessary repairs. The employee that completed the repair was prompt and efficient. I would definitely use 3D again (but I hope I don't need to!)

The person giving the estimate arrived on time. Was pleasant, friendly. Looked at the project. Considered other options but removing and replacing seemed like the most practical.  We paid 50% when the estimate was given which got us on their schedule. A few days later the scheduler called to set a time and date. T
hey arrived on schedule. Very pleasant, courteous. Friendly. Used the jack hammer to tear out the old concrete and were careful to not destroy or damage plantings in the gardens along the sidewalk where they had to work. They were back the next day to put up the new forms. A few hours later the concrete truck arrived. They carefully brought the concrete up the driveway and down the sidewalk in wheelbarrows, very conscientious about not damaging the lawn. I know that was a lot of extra effort. They did the finishing and left for the day. The next morning they returned to remove the forms, completely cleaned up, including sweeping off the front porch which runs the length of the house.
This was an excellent company. They understand customer service and we felt like they treated our property like they would want their property treated. We'll probably need to do some work on the driveway in the next couple years. We now know who to call.
Highly recommended.

Two years ago 3D did some work for me on my patio and several sections of sidewalk that had sunk. The patio had sunk about 4 inches to the point that we were having trouble with the sliding glass doors. They brought the patio back up and evened the sidewalks. They were at my house on time and finished the work in a couple of hours. The cleanup was thorough and I was happy with the work. Over time the same areas of the patio and sidewalks sunk again so I called 3D to let them know. They told me that the work was under warranty and that they would take care of it as soon as the weather warmed up. Rob from 3D recently called and told me that he could come over that day and take care of everything. Rob was very nice and professional. We went over the areas that needed work before and after the work was finished. He let me know that if I had problems again then they would look into it further to see if anything additional needed to be done. I had no problems with 3D and would hire them again especially since they back up their work.

The estimate was the final price.  The crew doing the work went out of there way to make sure things looked good.  I was on a tight timeline to have the work start on Wednesday and  clean up done by Friday for a graduation party on Saturday.  They hit there mark and did not cut corners.  They even added some down spout drainage under one of the walkways.  ABOVE and BEYOND!!!

Dale came out to examine my  crawlspace floor and walls regarding a moisture issue I had. He recommended sealing the approximately 350 linear feet with injecting  epoxy and silica sand into the cracks, as well as sealing along the perimeter wall and foundation supports. He started out with a light epoxy, but when he came back the next day, the cracks had absorbed that and were exposed. He switched to a heavier epoxy which worked better, retreated the original area and proceeded to finish the rest of the space. The crawlspace has a three foot clearance, it  took about three days. He came back the following week, and sealed any areas that needed to be touched up.
