I recently had a technician visit to fix a gas oven igniter. The oven didn't leak, just wouldn't turn on. The technician did the work, said it was fixed, and left. As soon as I turn on the oven you can smell a gas leak. The oven is inoperable and a serious hazard. Contacted the company and politely asked for a technician to return and look at the issue. They told me no one could be there for 6 days, and that there was no possible way it was their fault. Gave me lots of excuses and were obviously looking to charge me for another visit to fix a problem they created. Receptionist (Candace; not sure if there's more than one) was polite until I suggested this could possibly be the technicians fault and then became rude and eventually hung up on me because I really thought they should get someone out sooner to look at a gas leak. I'm not one to burn a bridge. Hopefully, they have active management and the review will do some good."
