"Hi [Member Name Removed], Changing the igniter wouldn't of affected any of your gas lines. You also stated that the oven was heating when the technician left. We are sorry that we aren't able to send someone else out unitl next week but thats when we could get you in on our schedule. We can't cancel someone else'[Member Information Removed] appointment to put you ahead. That would not be right. We tried suggesting you call your home warranty company to see if they could get another company out sooner. We also advised if you think you have a gas leak to call your gas company. We do not ever charge you anything. What you pay is between you an your home warranty company."
"Sorry you are not happy with the service we provided. We always give you the option to choose if you want to proceed with the job or not after we give you the quote. We actually have a lot more time then 20 minutes repairing your unit. We drove to an from your house twice an drove to the part store to get the parts to fix your refrigerator. We do not feel [Member Information Removed] anyway we overcharged you. There are many hidden expenses for conducting business an these are the charges we have to charge to be profitable as a company. Angie’s list isn’t cheap to advertise on either. If you would like to discuss further, you are free to call our office at 317-739-0618."
