The first time I noticed I was issued a refund, all good, just took some time reaching out. 1 year later they did the same thing again! No refund this time. Some fraudulent activity going on here, pay close attention to all billing statements if you choose this company."

"Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"Awful communication. Show up and remove your tree have you explicitly asked them to contact you before showing up. No note in their estimate that they can come and go as they please so didn't think that would happen. Got home and they were halfway through taking the tree down so I let them finish. They left our gate to our backyard open, 2 items of theirs and all of our property that they moved they didn't move back. Owner has been nothing but a terrible communicator and rude at best. Nothing to say here except never use these people. Find someone else that knows how to pick up a phone or send an email."
