She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills. When I called, they hid behind their ?policy? that customers must cancel in writing or by phone?an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print. Most people assume that if you don?t sign up again, services stop. Not with this company. They count on people, especially seniors, to miss the detail so they can keep billing. "Here's the situation, on the day that they solicited at my door and I signed the "contract" they did not complete a treatment on my property because they said that it was too "wet", which was fine. They also never returned to service the property at any point for the next 3 months. I never received a call from them until they they wanted payment. I called to discuss with an account manager and was "disconnected" during the "transfer process". I emailed to cancel service explaining what had happened and that I was not satisfied with an incomplete service. The response was that my account was canceled and I was charged the early cancel fee which amounts to $345. I called again and asked to speak to an account manager. I was told that was not possible. She said she was billing and could help me. I explained that I would not be paying a cancelation fee for services not rendered. I stated that they had breached the contract by not providing service. (No room to complete the story) "

"Hired through Angi, was told would be up to 5 hours of cleaning. Juan was there maybe 1.5 hours. No flo9or had been swept or mopped, the toilets had not been cleaned, the counters in bathrooms had not been wiped down. He dusted around everything, didn't move anything off to dust, and didn't dust the sides of any furniture. The mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned and no light fixtures dusted. I think the only things done, were made the beds, and dusted a litle bit. Then he tells me he he can not check out as done on Handy/Angi, and that he has done this all for nothing. So I paid him through paypal, and then he was able to complete the request on Handy and they took the $140 + out also. So I paid twice for a really crappy job. I guess someone needed to be standing there giving instructions the whole time to see that things got done."
