The young man, Jay, was an outstanding and knowledgeable service person who was also pleasant to work with. He took care of my Cub Cadet Riding mower. He was prompt, courteous, professional and FAST. Put a tarp down, drained and filled the oil, replaced the sparkplug, sharpened the blades right there, cleaned up afterwards. The only complaint I have is this: For years my mower started easily, on the first (well, sometimes second) pull. Now, I have to pull five, six, seven times to start. Just a small inconvenience, but....
