From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The section of the driveway was completed that day. Norberto stated he would return to seal and fill the cracks that weekend September 1st or 2nd. I have called or texted Norberto Ochoa many times since then expecting the job would be finished. His last promise was to complete the seal and patch of the cracks on December 1st. Three months after the initial work. That date has now passed. Tired of making follow up calls after 3 months!!"
