I have never seen a more beautiful shower! Lines straight and squared. They even made sure the rocks on the tile floor were even!!! We have huge concrete cracks that he refuses to rectify saying it’s something WE did to cause! He was a major bully over text exchanges with my husband and I, and his team did a sloppy job with our backslash. 0/10 do not recommend Russ."
