"Some people might think $85.00 is too much to charge to unlock a vehicle.  Although a person should consider these factors: first, he traveled about 40 miles/ about a hour drive to reach my home.  Not all locksmiths would have done this.  Second, VW's are notoriously hard to unlock, some locksmiths will not even work on them.  Third,  prior to contacting Mr. Lock, I had contacted  the local (Greencastle) locksmith who tried a couple of methods, but gave up after approximately 30 minutes.  To his credit, he didn't charge me anything since he wasn't able to unlock the car.  Garth, on the other hand continuously tried different tools and methods until he found the correct combination to unlock the car.  Which sounds really simple right?  Not even close, Garth worked a solid 2.5 hours but refused to let the lock win :) .  While I did assist him in a minor capacity periodically , it was his skills and determination that was the key to success.  As a result, I was very happy with the quoted price, his level of professionalism, the promptness and quality of service.  I would not hesitate to use Mr. Lock again and would highly recommend them.

"The installer called the morning of the installation to let us know when he would be arriving. He was a few minutes earlier than he had expected. Our security system was installed very professionally and he took all the time needed for understanding of the operation of the key pad, both the main and the auxiliary pad. It was about a week later and we had more questions about the operation of the main key pad and placement of a few sensors. Another installer, Justin Slone, came out and answered all questions, changed the location of some sensors and reviewed the functions on the key pad. Before Justin left he made sure we fully understood the key pad and all it was able to do. It wasn't long before we forgot to disarm the system before opening a door. The alarm immediately went off and within seconds a person from central station was asking if everything was ok. When told yes, she asked several questions to verify that we were really the homeowner and then cleared the alarm. In summary our experience with F.E. Moran from sales, service, and the call center has been all we hoped it would be. From the excellent service we have received to knowing they have multiple call center sites has provided us with the comfort in our security system we had hoped for. We would strongly recommend the F.E.Moran Company for a security system.
