"Fantastic experience from start to finish.  Initial meet and design review was friendly, non pressured discussion.  The responding quote extremely competitive, and throughout the project the team was professional and courteous.  Innovative solutions were provided to give more cost effective options when it came to countertop selection and sink area design.  The process of tile selection with Tena and Tony was informative and ensured the choice worked with the age of the home, the desired design concept and ensured a professional finish.  The project included the need to maintain a prior stained glass window as part of the shower area, the tiling surrounding this challenge and throughout was immaculate.  During the project troubleshooting was required regarding the interior framing, original pipework and the extraction unit and Tony continued to be on top of the details ensuring robust solutions while working alongside other vendors.  Tena ensured up to date assessment of any change orders, project managed other contractors well and the team was accommodating even when faced with delays due to other contractors (glass installation).  Tena kept details of the budget accurate and timely with extremely friendly and professional follow up.  Overall an extremely positive experience and I have recommended this company to my nearest and dearest.
