"John is a first rate builder. The new shed is a sturdy, well built structure that with good maintenance should last 50 years or more. It is a beautiful addition to our back yard and has increased our property's overall appeal. John considers all the nuances--such as hooks for the doors when they are open, hinges which go the length of the door. We had our shed painted before it was constructed and the end pieces are sealed to minimize damage due to warping. You won't go wrong with John. I cannot recommend him highly enough if quality is your driver."

"Amazing! John and Mauro did a fantastic job with my home. The project consisted of remodeling a Kitchen, entryway, living room and dining room, moving walls, taking walls down, making the kitchen and entryway larger, painting, installing new cabinets, new tile floors, tile backs plash, custom lighting throughout, refinishing wood floors and more. "According to my tenant and her feedback everything was done professionally and they showed up as scheduled. It took a little longer to get the project done and I almost canceled. When I first contacted Mr Wesley I emphasized that I needed to have the work done before Thanksgiving and he did do this. Mr Wesley takes pride in whatever he does and wanted to do a lot more work than the $300 deal I had purchased. I only wanted to use my $300 deal. He did a lot of other estimates on his own and presented me with a higher estimate a little over $3,000. We disagreed on the bathtub lever (use to turn the shower on) that I and the tenant wanted repaired. The job he wanted to do was much more like remodeling the bathtub surround area and fixtures. He did not want to the job unles he could do it his way. This resulted in him not doing this repair and me having someone else come out to do it. I respect his feelings for wanting to do a quality job. I believe Mr Wesley is more of a high quality contractor and not necessary a person for doing small everyday repairs for rentals. I do have some other work that I am considering to ask Mr Wesley to give me a bid for.

"A misconnect on the first meeting to develop an estimate occurred.  I decided to proceed instead of rescheduling.   I accompanied Ian for a 30 minute discussion from inside the house, then had to leave and allowed him to continue assessing and confirming what needed to be repaired outside.  I was satisfied with the estimate and made a couple of last minute changes which were accommodated.  The estimate was done in June; the work done in October.  I was not in a hurry.   A very wet early summer caused work schedules to be delayed.  This was not a problem for me. 
A team of 3 spent 3.5 days steadily working and did, from what I can tell, a nice job including cleanup.  The trim wood they used appeared to be quality cedar.  The windows are a nice quality and I am very satisfied with them and their installation.  The estimate indicated painting to match what was put on the house previously.  The problem is, that even though the paint may have matched what was in the can, it does not necessarily match what has been on the house for a number of years.  So--I feel I need to consider an additional quote to finish the painting of the trim. 
I did not get a competitive quote on this project so I did not include price in my rating.
