He performed the yearly maintenance check on our furnace He also investigated and solved a problem of the furnace shutting off periodically in cold weather. Leo explained the issue and the possible solutions. In addition he installed a smart thermostat to further prevent the occasional furnace shut offs. Leo presented very understandable explanations of the furnace problem and very understandable instructions for the smart thermostat. Leo also left his business card so we could contact him again if we had difficulty programing the smart thermostat. It was a pleasure working with Leo. "Doolittle is one of the contractors supplied by Menards and I called several on their list to have a large ceiling fan installed - a great room, about 15 feet up. Another vendor quoted $250 for a 10' ceiling (which I would have done myself) and $350 for the extra 5 feet. Doolittle quoted $89 service call plus $40 for each 15 minutes - about an hour estimated, so about $250 for the total job. The job was completed in a flash and the total bill was $169. Workers (forgot their names!) were very professional and communicated with me the whole way. They took care to protect my wood flooring and assembled the fan (and extending rod) in crazy fast time. I highly recommend Doolittle as my experience was nothing short of extremely satisfying!"

"We paid for a “deep clean” that consisted of 3 people cleaning for 3 hours. The coordinator indicated that they could get through 1000 sq ft/hr(estimated). Our house was not filthy nor riddled with obstacles. They also clarified our dogs were not an issue. In the end the team left a “checklist” showing work done that was not as well as only covering 800 sq ft in 3 hours. Disappointing and overpriced."
