We run four crews to better serve the community. We work out of several local supply houses, but have four bathrooms and a kitchen on display at Eagle Tile (On Fern hill behind Glenbrook Mall) on which our guys completed all the work. Therefore, potential clients can see the quality of our work first-hand, while not having to pay the overhead for the showroom which normally means lower prices than our competitors but the highest quality standards in the industry. Steve and his team were great to deal with. They were very helpful and provided great design advice when we were unsure which selection to make. Steve was very thorough and ensured everything met his standards before the project was completed. Whenever an issue arose, they were quick to resolve it. They were even able to accommodate some additional add-ons to the project.

We had a really good experience with Serenity Kitchen and Bath. Everything from the quoting process to the project and final completion went well. We had our entire kitchen gutted and remodeled. It was a big project so we talked with several contractors before choosing Serenity. They had a lot of questions during the bid process and were very specific. More so than the other companies we talked to. This felt tedious at the time as we really just wanted to compare pricing. Looking back I'm glad they did because we got exactly what we wanted and there were no surprises or misunderstandings. The rendered drawings Justin made were also very helpful and detailed. Serenity was not the least expensive company we talked to but they weren't the most expensive either. I am very happy with the quality of work and service for the price we paid. As for the project itself, it took about 6 weeks to complete which was a couple weeks ahead of schedule. There were at least 2-4 workers on site everyday Mon - Fri. They showed up on time, were respectful, and cared about what they were doing. Shout out to Chris, Nick, Sean, and Christian. We're very pleased with the work you did and it was a pleasure having you in our home. Another thing I want to share was after the first week or so I had no concern about the job getting done correctly or meeting my expectations. Steve's (the owner) standards are higher than mine and had the guys scrape and redo a textured ceiling that looked completely fine to me. When choosing a contractor I was nervous and heard horror stories about jobs going well past schedule or budget. My experience was quite the opposite and I couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. We had Serenity Kitchen & Bath remodel and update our kitchen, as well as do some repairs and a small remodel on a bathroom. We had never had a professional remodel done on a house, and Steve and his crew made the whole thing as stress free as possible. From picking out materials and flooring to the finished product and everything in between, Steve, Chris and the rest of the team at Serenity Kitchen & Bath were amazing. They were on time, respectful, professional, and did amazing work. We are so pleased with the quality of work and the guys themselves we will be using them again in the future for our other bathroom.

Steve at Serenity and his team were very professional and did a great job. We love our new bathroom and it was priced well compared to alternatives we shopped in town. Kristian is the one who did most of the on-site work and he was excellent. Johnny with The One Guy was our tiler. We chose to paint walls and existing cabinet's ourselves as you'll see in the photos.

We signed the contract at the end of September and the project was started on December 3, 2020. It took them 10 working days to get everything completed (except for the glass doors). O'Neill glass measured for the glass doors on December 18 and they were installed on January 8. The shower is perfect and we love the flooring and new sink and counter. The shower is 5' and has a bench at the one end. Matt did a wonderful job and was so professional and so precise with everything. He put down the flooring as well as doing the tile work, installing the counter and sink, and doing all the plumbing. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Steve Neeley, the owner, answered text messages promptly and was patient with us as we asked questions. Thank you so much, Serenity Kitchen and Bath and to Matt who did the work!

Serenity did a wonderful job on our full kitchen remodel... cabinets, ceilings, paint, countertops, floors, back splash, and new electrical. Steve was patient in laying out our design and reworking the plan to get just what we wanted and needed. Suggestions were offered, but Steve was not pushy and did not try to talk me out of things I knew I wanted (like the removal of our pantry). Although certain retail shops were recommended, we were given the option to shop at any store. The cabinets are made by Eicher Woodworking and are well built and beautiful. Various cabinet options are given when you meet at the cabinet shop. I was able to choose any Sherwin Williams paint color for the cabinets. I recommend having an idea of what you want because once the project gets moving decisions have to be made fairly quickly. We did not compare pricing with other companies, so I do not know how Serenity compares with others. As with any project, there were some "bumps', but the Serenity team took care of everything without any hesitation. I also added some additional work (a pocket door & new trim to a laundry room) during the project and Serenity fit it into their schedule. I was thankful for that. The guys showed up early to work and were always on time. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again for a bathroom remodel in the future.

Serenity did an outstanding partial kitchen remodeling job. They replaced our burnt orange popcorn ceiling with white lace, replaced our countertops with granite, added new ceramic glass back splash, new kitchen sink, and repainted our kitchen and dine-in kitchen. The total project price was fair and very reasonable. The work done on our partial kitchen remodel was meticulous and beautiful. We will definitely contact Serenity for our 2021 master bathroom remodeling. Thank you Serenity.

Our master bath remodel is beautiful and everything we had hoped for. Because of the extensive work done, the project was expensive but so worth it. Our installers, Steve and Danny, were professional and pleasant to have in our home every day. Our new bathroom not only adds value to our home but is a space we enjoy every day.
