Unfortunately, since we had to.fire the original contractor, the house was exposed and they needed time to get to us we didn't have. When we discussed the options they were kind and respectful, and understood our position. When their schedule had some freedom they did even call back to make sure we had the work completed."

"I have been trying to hire someone to fix my foundation for 5 years. No one came back to do the job even after contracts were made. Dan came out on Tuesday. He accurately assessed all the construction flaws. He was back the next day fixing it. Said he had lost sleep over it. House is now properly piered (sp?) with support. He is patching all the sheet rock cracks. I also now have stairs to my retaining wall so no more ladders, and I have drop down attic stairs. No more little crawl hole. I plan on hiring him for more projects. Super great knowledgeable nice guy."

"NHGC was prompt, courteous. It was a small job, which is sometimes hard to get some to bother with. They took care of it in two days after their first inspection, which was great with family coming soon for the holidays. Could not tell in advance how bad the damage was until ceiling opened up, but they came in under budget."
