"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The paint crew headed up by Juan did an outstanding job. The crew was very meticulous in every step of the process. The final result is a very well detailed finish that transformed the look of our house from an ordinary red brick/gray wood siding look into what most describe as an exciting Cape Cod look. We live on a large reservoir in Hamilton County. The crew consistently checked with us daily for our input on particular details and on their progress. They were very courteous and respected our needs and desired look. The management of this company stopped by every few days to be sure we were satisfied with the progress and look. They openly worked with us on a few adjustments we realized as the project moved along. "These guys came out a few times. They picked up 2 entry doors and 2 heavy security doors from Lowe's that I purchased. They installed all of the doors. The front entry door has a larger door jamb than the modern day door jamb, so they also had to build out the frame. The added to the threshold so it is a nice, even now. The security door wouldn't open 100% because the roof of the porch was too low. They made some adjustments on the 1st day so it opened well and then came back another day to work on it again. They ended up raising the roof several inches, which in involved having to replace the siding under the porch roof and on the face of the porch roof. They did good work and cleaned up after themselves. These are nice guys to work with. I have another project I've recently contacted them for."
"I highly recommend R & M. I moved into a house that needed a lot of work. I originally contacted them for a leak in my roof, but they have helped me with many other projects. They have replaced my roof, re-sided my home, put in kitchen counters and a new sink, put in tile and hardwood floors, and done an outstanding job in every case. And they stand behind their work... When there was a problem with the flashing on my roof, they came out the same day I called to make an adjustment and make sure I was 100% satisfied. They use subcontractors for a lot of the work, but I like that I can call them no matter who did the work and they will handle getting someone to my house if needed. In addition, I called several places on a couple of projects, and they were able to the beat the prices and timeliness of everyone I called, again, I think it's because they have such a good pool of subcontractors."
