"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.
